Our park shoppers can source items for you upon request. Whether you spotted something during one of our livestreams or found an item online, simply submit a request and we’ll do our best to secure it for you.

Once your request is submitted:

  • Please purchase the request placeholder
  • We’ll review the item details
  • A park shopper will check availability of the item upon submission or on the next visit*
  • If available, we’ll purchase the item and email you the checkout link

*Submissions made during livestreams will be immediately fulfilled
